Guncrazy feels like a prelim for writer Matthew Bright’s later Freeway, jazzing the sleazy aspects of white trash, teen love, and spree shooting with mordant dabs of satire. The exploitation tidbits are maybe tempered by director Tamra Davis, who develops the more naturalistic teen rebellion and doomed love characteristics and filters some of the ironical comedy.
