Ingegerd Olofsdotter of Sweden. Ingegerd Olofsdotter of Sweden, also known as Irene or Anna (1001 – 10 February 1050), was a Swedish princess and the grand princess of Kiev from 1019 to 1050 as the wife of Yaroslav the Wise. 4 de ene. de 2023 · In 1016, Olav II, the King of Norway, expressed that he would be interested in marrying Ingegerd. Ingegerd agreed to this and was actually in favour of this marriage. Her father, however, not so much. Sweden and Norway had been at odds for a while. In 1018, the nobleman, Ragnvald, presented the marriage proposal of Ingegerd and Olav to King Olof.
