Ralph Neville, 4th Earl of Westmorland, was born 21 February 1497 in Raby Castle, County Durham, England, United Kingdom to Ralph Neville (c1470-1498) and Edith Sandys (c1471-1529) and died 24 April 1549 of unspecified causes. He married Catherine Stafford (c1499-1555) June 1520 JL in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, Wales, United Kingdom.

He was predeceased by his second wife, Margaret, who died between 20 November 1466 and 26 April 1471, and was buried in the church of the Greyfriars, Doncaster. Westmorland was succeeded in the earldom by his nephew, Ralph Neville.
