Roland Calvert Cubitt, 3rd Baron Ashcombe was a member of the British aristocracy. He became Baron Ashcombe on the death of his father Henry Cubitt, 2nd Baron Ashcombe in 1947. Cubitt was educated at Eton College and the Royal Military College Sandhurst. He rose to the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Coldstream Guards.
