Otte Thygesen Brahe, född den 2 oktober 1518 på Tosterup, död den 9 maj 1571 på Helsingborgs slott, var en skånsk adelsman och danskt riksråd, son till Thyge Axelsen Brahe (död 1523) och Sophie Rud. Han fick tillsammans med brodern Jørgen Thygesen Brahe förläningen Stora Köpinge i Skåne. 1544–55 innehade han Gladsax län.
Otte Brahe was born 2 October 1518 in Tosterup to Tyge Brahe (-1523) and Sophie Rud (-1555) and died 9 May 1571 Helsingborg of unspecified causes. He married Beate Clausdatter Bille (1526-1605) 23 November 1544 JL in Tosterup.
Otte Thygesen Brahe (født 2. oktober 1518 på Tostrup Slot, død 9. maj 1571 på Helsingborg Slot) var en skånsk adelsmand og dansk rigsråd. Han var søn af Thyge Axelsen Brahe (død 1523) og Sophie Rud . Han kom i 1529 i huset hos Erik Banner, og 1537 - 39 omtales han som hofsinde.
Begge hans forældre (Otte Brahe og Beate Bille) hørte til nogle af landets førende adelsslægter. Det var på slægtsgården Knutstorp, han den 11. november 1572 observerede ’den nye stjerne (nova stella)’ i stjernebilledet Cassiopeia.
