Orla Feely (S’85–M’86–SM’00–F’09) received the B.E. degree in electronic engineering from University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland, in 1986, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA, in 1990 and 1992, respectively.
