Yang terpikir di benak aku pas baca sinopsis cerita ini di asianwiki adalah Isshukan Friends. Sedikit mirip sih, cuma bedanya kalo Isshukan Friends ceweknya ini yang justru bakalan lupa sama orang2 yang pernah dia temui, kalo di Forget Me Not, ceweknya ini yang malahan dilupain sama orang2 yang pernah dia temui.

Sinopsis. Forget Me Not adalah drama Jepang yang menceritakan tentang kehidupan Minami Kurihara, seorang wanita muda yang berjuang melawan penyakit Alzheimer. Minami tinggal di sebuah kota kecil di Hokkaido, Jepang, di mana ia berusaha menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari meskipun semakin sering lupa akan hal-hal di sekitarnya.

Takashi (Nijiro) is a high school student. He falls in love with Azusa (Akari) at first sight and they begin to date. Later, Azusa tells Takashi that people who meet her soon forget about her. Takashi doesn't believe Azusa, but soon he realizes that he forgot about Azusa. Takashi begins to make a note for himself so that he doesn't forget.
