This is the Windows version of "Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear To the Rescue," renamed "Disney/Pixar's Action Game, Toy Story 2," and released on November 30th, 1999 for Windows 95/98/ME, alongside the PS1, N64 and Sega Dreamcast versions.
