1 de abr. de 2024 · TCU's Mary Couts Burnett Library has a rather unusual history. It is named for an individual who had no formal association with the University. When cattleman S. Burk Burnett died in 1923, his will indicated that his estate was not to be inherited by his wife, Mary Couts Burnett, or any school or religious institution.
15 de jul. de 2023 · TCU ID card holders may access the library during posted hours by using the library's exterior card swipe stations at the west and east entrances. Other visitors: Visitors (including TexShare and TCU alumni) must present a photo ID and sign in for each visit to the library. Minors must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
Use your cell phone to text the library with your question at 866.998.2428 and a librarian will respond to your question with a text. During our normal reference desk hours, you will receive a prompt reply. Messages sent outside of normal service hours will be answered the next day the library is open. Standard messaging rates apply.
