Jesi staat vooral bekend om de witte wijn: Verdicchio dei Castelli. Daarnaast wordt er een speciaal vijgenbrood gemaakt en ook gevulde koekjes. Een typisch gerecht van de stad is pizza al formaggio. Pizza met veel kaas dus! Hmmm…. In de omgeving wordt niet alleen wijn, maar ook olijfolie en honing geproduceerd.
