The Kids Are All Right was certainly more daring in 2010 when I saw it the first time, but as it is such a well executed film, it remains a very effective family dramedy with an lil' lesbian spin.

Summaries. Two children conceived by artificial insemination bring their biological father into their non-traditional family life. Nic and Jules are in a long term, committed, loving but by no means perfect same-sex relationship.
