1 de jul. de 2024 · Formed in Des Moines, Iowa in 1995, Slipknot originally featured vocalist and percussionist Anders Colsefni, guitarists Donnie Steele and Josh "Gnar" Brainard, bassist Paul Gray, drummer Joey Jordison, and percussionist and backing vocalist Shawn "Clown" Crahan.

Hace 5 días · Gray died on May 24, 2010, and was replaced during 2011–2014 by guitarist Donnie Steele. Jordison was dismissed from the band on December 12, 2013. Steele left during the recording sessions for .5: The Gray Chapter. The band found replacements in Alessandro Venturella on bass and Jay Weinberg on drums.

13 de jun. de 2024 · Donnie Vie was pushing a grocery cart down the street here in Vegas with a brief case many years ago yelling “Call Sally Steele!” I was told. I used to drive him to pawn shops for him to sell things.
