I'm not sure what to make of this claim. If Francis Hastings was born in 1514, that would put him earlier in the timeline than Henry FitzRoy, Duke of Richmond and Somerset, who was born in 1519 after an affair between King Henry VIII and Elizabeth "Bessie" Blount.
