  3. 14 de may. de 2024 · Katherine Carey was the daughter of Henry Carey, 1st Baron Hunsdon of Hunsdon and Ann Morgan.1,3 She married Charles Howard, 1st Earl of Nottingham, son of William Howard, 1st Baron Howard of Effingham and Margaret Gamage, circa July 1563.4 She died on 25 March 1603. Her married name became Howard.

He was one of her most influential advisors. In 1585 he became Lord High Admiral of the fleet that was built for the upcoming battle with Spain.
