23 de may. de 2024 · And so, Luedecke accepted and began going out to sea in the North Atlantic, not far from his family home in rural Nova Scotia. He was giving up the game of music. Throughout that time working on the water, song ideas would pop in his head, and Chris would stash them away in his sea salt-stained notebook and battered iPhone, not sure if anything would ever come of them.

Bahamas), ‘She Told Me Where To Go’, delivers a distinct departure from Luedecke’s signature sound of banjo-driven old-time Appalachian music, choosing this time to use a wider range of instruments to try and help open up a newfound freedom in his writing with the songs he’d been working on whilst out at sea.
