Austin will depart the Western Athletic Conference and return to the Southland Conference. The move will happen for the 2024-2025 academic year. An official announcement is expected on Wednesday.

Hace 6 días · Stephen F. Austin announced that they have accepted an invitation to return to the Southland Conference after a stint in the WAC. SFA joined the Southland Conference in 1984 and was a power, winning 111 conference titles in their 34 years with the league before leaving for the WAC.
