These she conveyed immediately to Henry VII and confirmed the grant by a fine; Warwick and other castles were given away and she retained only the manor of Erdington.

It depicts an actual Victorian house party at Warwick in 1898, hosted by Frances, Countess of Warwick, where the principal guest was the Prince of Wales, later King Edward VII.
