Buried in a field called Caegwag on Rhiwiau-uchaf Farm, 1.6 km. south of Llanfairfechan, Caern., and nearly 11.25 km. west of Caerhun fort ( Kanovium ). RIB 2266 was found nearby. Find date. 1883.

  4. 8 de may. de 2024 · The route is presumed to have proceeded to the fort at Caerhun (Roman Canovium) in the Vale of Clwyd before heading towards Segontium and Anglesey. A bath house with a hypocaust was found in the Canovium fort, which was built in c.75 AD and destroyed in c.200, with tiles similarly stamped with Legio XX markings.
