20 de may. de 2024 · The Linnaeus Garden was the first botanical garden in Sweden founded in 1655 by Olof Rudbeck the elder. It is laid out in the French style and was restored following Linnaeus' and Carl Hårleman's design from 1745. Today, approximately 1,000 species are cultivated here.

19 de may. de 2024 · Fängelset ritades av fortifikationsofficeren Carl Fredrik Hjelm som även varit arbetschef för påbörjandet av Karlsborgs fästning på 1820-talet. Som fängelse var det ett av de första i landet som uppfördes efter den moderna Philadelpiasystemet med celler längs väggarna i flera våningar.
20 de may. de 2024 · Hårleman (urspr Horleman), släkt, härstammande från Christian Horleman (1633—87), som uppges ha varit född i Delmenhorst (Örnberg). Han inkallades 1666 från Haag (Likv 18:4; RR) till Sthlm, där han s å blev trädgårdsmästare vid de k trädgårdarna (jfr H 1 nedan).
19 de may. de 2024 · When he died in 1728, the Palace was then completed by Carl Hårleman, who also stood behind the design of the intricate rococo interior. Rich ornaments adorn the façade constructions. The western façade includes ten amazing caryatids and nine medallions in relief, referring to former Swedish monarchs by appearance and names!
