Hace 4 días · Donnie Darko is a very strange film. The overarching plot is an intentional Mind Screw , but never to the point the film is incomprehensible. Richard Kelly creates a mix between a unique take on the Coming of Age genre, Horror , and Time Travel ), and succeeds in merging these genres into a brilliant film that is simultaneously foreboding, funny, and meaningful.
