The fact that he co-wrote this with Carol Bayer Sager is rather interesting considering her track record consists as writer of such numbers as "A Groovy Kind of Love" and co-writer to the theme from "Arthur" (Dudley Moore).

12 de may. de 2024 · Got My Mind Made Up -- 2.5 / 5. Under Your Spell -- 2.5 / 5. The song score-average here works out to a wretched: 1.75 / 5. This is surely the worst Dylan album released to date, and I didn't think anything could get worse (immediately that is, before his voice completely went) than Empire Burlesque.
4 de may. de 2024 · Bob Dylan doing bar band rock always gets a bad rap because he's Bob Dylan. I find that if I think of KOL and DITG Bob Dylan as a guy who just happens to share a name with the guy who did Visions of Johanna, it all clicks a little better. You Wanna Ramble is like a track that a middling band in LA would put out in the 80s. It's solidly ok.
