15 de may. de 2024 · After his death in 1881 the manor was purchased by the Hon. Henry Dudley Ryder, who succeeded his brother as fourth Earl of Harrowby on 26 March 1900. He died on 11 November following, and his widow the Dowager Countess of Harrowby is the present lady of the manor. A fair held at Headley on 24 August is mentioned by Symmes.
