Hace 6 días · Ernst Udet. After gaining his pilot licence in 1915, Udet became a German fighter pilot in the First World War and flew a Fokker D III for FA68. His first big victory came in March 1916 (only 11 months after gaining his licence) when he carried out a lone attack against 22 French aircraft.

Despite this Udet helped change the Luftwaffe's tactical direction towards fast medium bombers to destroy enemy air power in the battle zone rather than through industrial bombing of its aviation production.
