Frank Allen (born Francis Renaud McNeice; 14 December 1943) is an English bass guitarist. who was a long-time member of The Searchers.

Frank Allen is a bass guitar player who originally began his career with Cliff Bennett and the Rebel Rousers in 1961 as a rhythm guitarist. When Tony Jackson left The Searchers, an English Merseybeat group, in 1964 Allen was asked to join the band but as a bass player.
