15 de may. de 2024 · Separately, George Capel-Coningsby, 5th Earl of Essex (1757–1839) had given the family letters to the firm of Jeffery and King to have them bound, and then neglected to retrieve them. The firm went into bankruptcy and sold the letters to the bookseller James Bohn, who sold them to Phillipps in 1840.
