  1. Hace 2 días · In 1729 and 1730 the house was occupied by Henry Scott, first Earl of Deloraine, son of James Scott, Duke of Monmouth. Deloraine died on 25 December 1730. (fn. 76) He was succeeded by David Middleton, 1732–7, and he in turn in 1738 by John Hickford.
