18 de may. de 2024 · Hesketh returned to England in the summer of 1593, and in September 1593 he travelled to Lathom House, the home of the Stanley’s, on the very day that Henry Stanley died, to be succeeded by his son, Ferdinando, the 5th Earl of Derby.

11 de may. de 2024 · Dale Abbey, also known as the Abbey of Stanley Park, was a religious house, close to Ilkeston in Derbyshire. Its ruins are located at the village of Dale Abbey, which is named after it. Its foundation legend portrays it as developing from a hermitage, probably in the early 12th century.
22 de may. de 2024 · In 1302 Henry de Bury held the fee of the Earl of Lincoln. (fn. 28) In 1313 he made a settlement of the manor, (fn. 29) and two years later was killed in some of the disturbances raised by Adam Banastre.
