Hace 4 días · The lordship of Claverdon was granted in Dec. 1547 to John Dudley, Earl of Warwick and afterwards Duke of Northumberland, and Joan his wife. After the execution of the duke the manor was assigned, in June 1554, to his widow Joan for life.
