  6. Hace 3 días · Lord Bruce appears as the ratepayer in 1716–26 and the Hon. James Brudenell in 1727–9. (fn. 25) The house was demolished in 1730 to make way for the present Sackville Street. Between the Escuriell Tavern and Sir William Petty's house Robert Chipp laid out the street which is shown on Ogilby and Morgan's map as Ship Yard.
