This week in particular has probably been my worst week. I’ve never felt more shitty in my life. I’m 14 years old and nothings enjoyable anymore. I'm tired of people telling me that it gets better, but it's been 10 months and so far my mental health has just gotten worse.
Week 3 is my worst week due to the fatigue. I’m also very active and get so discouraged when my workouts get interrupted by it. Mentally, it’s really hard too. Not that the following info makes it any better, but: ten days before your period is when progesterone, which is a sedating hormone, begins peaking.
