In this chapter, I look inwards at the personal and relational, and I look outwards at wider socio-political forces that impact teacher work.

It argues for the possibilities of relational, transitive, and creative solidarity as a strategy for recasting not only human relations but also the very notion of what it means to be human, as crucial for decolonization.

Using a dialogic framework can support those responsible for training faculty in better preparing faculty for antiracist pedagogy.
