22 de may. de 2024 · Pharasmanes I the Great (Georgian: ფარსმან I დიდი; died 58) was a king of Iberia. He plays a prominent role in the historian Tacitus' account of policy and campaigns in the eastern lands of the Roman Empire under Tiberius, Caligula, Claudius and Nero.

He is known exclusively from the royal list included in the medieval Georgian chronicles. Pharnajom succeeded on death of his father, Mirian I in 109 BC.
