It was forfeited by her grandson Richard Neville, earl of Salisbury, on his attainder in 1459 and restored to him the following year when his attainder was reversed. His son Richard Neville (d. 1471), earl of Warwick, 'the kingmaker', succeeded him and held the manor until his death.
