Hace 6 días · The manor came to Anne daughter of Thomas second son of Reginald Lord Cobham, the wife of Sir Edward Burgh, and it descended to their son Thomas Lord Burgh, who died seised of King's Walden in 1551. His son William Lord Burgh conveyed it in 1576 to Richard Hale.
Hace 1 día · In 1681 Sir William sold the manor to John Burrough, who in 1691 conveyed it to Michael Edwards of Kingston. He in 1696 devised it by will to his nephew Sir James Edwards, bart., in tail male.
