24 de may. de 2024 · Thomas Chamber left two daughters and co-heiresses, and Hanworth passed, through the marriage of the elder, to Lord Vere Beauclerk, who was created Baron Vere of Hanworth in 1750. (fn. 71) The manor was inherited by his son Aubrey Lord Vere (fn. 72) in 1781, who succeeded his cousin as Duke of St. Albans six years later.

Charles Beauclerk was created Baron Heddington and earl of Burford in 1676 and duke of St. Albans in 1684.

Hace 4 días · By the marriage of the elder, Mary, Feltham came to Lord Vere Beauclerk. It was inherited by their son, Aubrey (Beauclerk) Baron Vere, who succeeded his cousin in 1787 as Duke of St. Albans. He still held the manor in 1802, but it was sold probably after his death in 1803 to a Mr. Fish, who himself died before 1816.

She was married to Michael McDonald, they gave birth to 1 child. She died on August 3, 1795 in KY, United States.

No "suitable" claimant came forward, and one of the oldest titles in the peerage of England came to its end. Aubrey de Vere, 1st Earl of Oxford, received his title from the Empress Matilda in 1141.
