6 de may. de 2024 · The Venetian composer, musician and singer Barbara Strozzi (1619–1677) was born into a Venetian branch of the exiled Florentine Strozzi family, and produced eight printed collections of vocal music, dedicating one to Vittoria della Rovere, Grand Duchess of Tuscany.

3 de may. de 2024 · DESCRIZIONE: La scultura, ridotta in frammenti, fu scoperta nel 1530 nel centro di Pesaro e confluì nelle raccolte Medicee nel 1631 con l’eredità di Vittoria della Rovere. Il giovane nudo, che originariamente teneva un tralcio di vite nella mano, è copia romana di un originale greco del V secolo a. C. e fu studiato da molti artisti nel Cinquecento.
