Hace 3 días · The history of the priory and church of St. Frideswide will be dealt with under the account of the Cathedral, but some account will here be given of the monastic buildings as they subsequently formed an integral part of the college. The W. end of the Chapter House was re-built rather before the church but after the middle of the 12th century.
Just thought I'd post some pics of Christ Church Meadow this morning and then of Magdalen College and the glorious Addison's Walk that's in the college's grounds. Absolutely wondrous, Oxford really is the jewel in heaven's crown.
