Looking for opinions on if this classes as gross misconduct and the chances of being dismissed without pay instantly, thus missing out on 3 months pay. Or, is this in my head and they don’t really have grounds for gross misconduct and it’s not really proportional to the mistake of sending a test email to my work email account.
