1 de jul. de 2021 · Munich, July 1, 2021 – The TRATON GROUP is welcoming a new member of the family: Navistar. The certificate of merger that was submitted today successfully completes the closing and means that the merger between the US commercial vehicle manufacturer and TRATON is complete.

Under the merger agreement, TRATON will acquire all common shares in Navistar not already held by TRATON for a price of USD 44.50 per Navistar common share. The executive board and the supervisory board of TRATON as well as the boards of Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft have approved the transaction.
