The thing is : I binged-purged ~7500cals today, not very confident I got everything out (surely most of it but I took a long time to purge so idk), And I ate at a restaurant tonight for a birthday (guessing around 600cals).

  7. 25 de jun. de 2024 · Bulimia is when you "compensate" for the binge. You need to do something specifically to try and eliminate the food/calories from your body. If you're not vomiting/exercising/starving/pooping/whatever to try and undo the binge, it's not bulimia.
