She married Christopher Duke of Mecklenburg-Gadebusch Mecklenburg on 7 May 1581, in Stockholm, Sweden.

The title and the family became extinct, in 1687, by the death of his only son Christopher, Duke of Albemarle; his duchess survived him many years, dying in 1734. The manor of Potheridge now belongs to Lord Rolle.
