Hace 6 días · George Stephen Morrison became a Rear Admiral in the US Navy. He was commander of the U.S. Naval Forces in the Gulf of Tonkin during the Gulf of Tonkin Incident of August 1964. It was that Incident that got US forces embroiled in the Viet Nam war.
