Last night, Councilman Eric Costello conceded in his race for reelection as the District 11 Councilman as challenger Zac Blanchard finished the day 43 votes ahead and was declared the winner. It was a razor-thin margin as 6,871 votes were cast in the race that led to 3,457 votes for Blanchard and 3,414 votes for Councilman Costello.
