The resulting acclaim for its socially conscious gospel sound has resulted in multiple European tours. “God has blessed us and opened up doors that we couldn’t even see,” says Caldwell.
Hace 3 días · I was excited when that one and the one on Luaka Bop came out, because I had been trying to track that stuff down for years, but the reality was a lot less interesting than the legend. I find it pretty hard to believe that this stuff would have much of an audience at all if it wasn’t Alice Coltrane.
