As far as I know artin is a good choice from those. I used Artin 1ed as text at undergrad abstract algebra I reccommend to get 1st ed.but 2nd is not so bad. I have hungerford too. I think "Basic Algebra I" by N. Jacobson is the best book to start with. You can read "Algebra" by Serge Lang after you read "Basic Algebra". I saw you mentioned "Algebra" by Artin, it is also a good book. If you feel "Basic Algebra I" is hard, Artin's book might be a good choice.
