It was our Curaçao creator’s first Premier League goal of his career as he opened the scoring against the six-time Champions League winners back in November.

There was a shortlist of six goals in contention for the award but the winner was the wonderful counterattack against Liverpool which was finished by Tahith Chong. The Bobbers Travel Club crowned their Away Player of the Season on Tuesday as well.

With Nathan Jones having left the club to join Stoke, the Hatters got Mick Harford's interim spell in charge up and running with a wonderful 4-0 victory over Peterborough. James Collins started with a hat-trick, but Berry's wonderful spinning turn and left-foot finish from Kazenga LuaLua's pass was the icing on the cake.
