Sheppard, a curate of St. George's, in charge. Figure 70: Grosvenor Chapel, pulpit. Balusters rationalized. Comper's works at the Grosvenor Chapel occasioned some controversy.

27 de may. de 2024 · Opposite the organ in the chancel is a two-light memorial window of 1922 by Geoffrey Webb, a pupil of Sir Ninian Comper. It commemorates parishioners killed in the war of 1914–18, their names being recorded on a stone tablet within a fifteenth-century-style frame in the south-east corner of the nave.
29 de may. de 2024 · The south aisle of the crypt (the bottom 10 pictures) was made into the chapel of St Sepulchre by Ninian Comper in 1895, it was renovated by Sebastian Comper in 1967 but is again in need of restoration.
