  4. It's in shutter island , honestly idk what it means but I guessed it was something about an exploding head which suits in the context but why using "eels" is still a mystery to me. Another sentence which I found strange is " Chuck began to whistle and clop his feet into the soft earth in a goose step". What to whistle and clop feet means?
