Question about The Ice Road. Discussion. I thought the location and action scenes were very good. But the plot makes zero sense to me. It turns out that the explosion and the cave in that trapped the miners along with the sabotage of the rescue operation was all the companies own doing. But ZERO explanation is given as to WHY they do it.
