We have seen the King’s Tower in Season 1 of The Rings of Power, and there was no indication that any eagles currently nested atop the tower.

It’s the most biblical tale in Tolkien’s mythology, so perfect for the format. Especially since I see Ar-Pharazôn as very similar to Pharaoh, in terms of pride and cruelty. Ar-Pharazôn very much hardened his own heart, towards the Faithful, towards his slaves and towards the Valar.
